Yes.
Do you have parking facilities for people with walking difficulties/wheelchair users?
Vehicles can drive up to main doors to drop off and pick up, but must park at nearest car parks.
How do I book an Accessible / Wheelchair seat?
Our wheelchair spaces in the venue can now be booked online. An example of how to book a wheelchair space is below.
I am a party of two people with a requirement for one wheelchair space. I begin by selecting ‘two’ wheelchair access seats to ensure my party are sat together. In order to let the venue team know how many of my party I require to be wheelchair accessible, I then selection ‘one’ from the drop-down option below.

Wheelchairs users are not permitted on the floor area during standing shows due to crowd movements that may lead to the wheelchair being overturned causing potential injury to patrons.

I have epilepsy and flashing lights can cause seizures.
Strobe lighting, pyrotechnics and lasers may be used by some artists in their performances. Most often we are not aware of this at the time of the show going on-sale. If we are made aware of it on the day of the event, signage will be visible throughout the venue.
I have a hearing impairment. Can you accommodate?
We have an infra-red system in both the Waterfront Hall and Waterfront Studio. Customers are requested to turn their hearing aid to ‘T’ setting to enable this.
We also have an induction loop available for the venue. Please let one of our stewards know on arrival so that we can accommodate you.
I am deaf and require a BSL or ISL interpreter. Can you accommodate?
Yes, we can arrange for a BSL or ISL signer to be at the performance. We ask that you try to give eight weeks’ notice to ensure that we can arrange for a signer to be present.

Yes, assistance dogs are most welcome at the Waterfront Hall. Please let us know in advance and we can allow for water provision. We advise giving no less than 48 hours notice to ensure this is picked up ahead of your visit.
Customers are asked to bear in mind the noise levels at events and the use of special effects including pyrotechnics and strobe lighting.
Do you offer relaxed performances?
We offer a relaxed performance with our pantomime every year. It’s always a popular show, so we advise early booking to avoid disappointment.
If you or a member of your party is coming to a show and are nervous about being a busy crowd, please contact us in advance and we will accommodate when we can depending on the promoter/artist.
Where can I park that is close to the Waterfront Hall?
There are two privately owned car parks adjacent to the venue with Lanyon Place car park dedicated accessible spaces approx. 40 accessible spaces on Levels B, D, & F Wide bays are available on the ground level of both car parks. The Oxford Street (Hilton)* multi-storey car park is closest to the venue and the Lanyon Place car park is approximately 100 meters away and is accessible via a footbridge.

Can I be dropped off close to the Waterfront Hall?
Yes, if you let us know in advance we can arrange for bollards to be lowered at Waterfront Hall which allows you to be dropped off at the main entrance. We do need advance notice to accommodate this otherwise the drop off is at the roundabout at Hilton which is approximately 50 metres from the main entrance.

Is there a Changing Places toilet available at the Waterfront Hall?
Yes, one of the two Changing Places toilets in Belfast City Centre is located in the Riverside Foyer area of the venue, with the other located in Belfast City Hall. Changing Places toilets are larger accessible toilets for severely disabled people, with equipment such as hoists, curtains, adult-sized changing benches and space for carers. As this facility is located in our conference and convention facility, please advise a team member should you wish to use it.
