Please complete the form below if you require an Accessibility ticket or an Essential Companion / Carer ticket. Please be aware that 72 hours notice prior to the event is required.

Our team will endeavour to make reasonable adjustments to facilitate your request; however, due to capacity and space within our venues, it may not be possible to facilitate all requests. Please note that all applications can take up to five working days to complete.

Please be aware that your Accessibility Booking Form must be completed in advance of purchasing your tickets and booking your event.

Essential Companion / Carer Requirements

At the Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall, we can provide a complimentary Essential Companion or Carer ticket if you require continual assistance or supervision during your visit.

An account must be set-up in the name of the person requiring the Essential Companion to attend the event. We are not able to set-up accounts in the Essential Companion’s name.

  • Your companion must be over 18 years of age and be able to assist you in the event of an evacuation.
  • This offer is not open or intended for those who simply want a companion or require assistance with transportation to our venues, and is limited based on the capacity of our venue and the event.

The person applying should be in receipt of one of the following:

  • Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Attendance Allowance
  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
  • Certificate of Visual Impairment
  • Disabled SmartPass / Blue Badge holder
  • Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
  • Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit (IIDB)
  • Constant Attendance Allowance
  • Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (Guaranteed Income Payment)
  • CredAbility Card
  • Medical Authorisation

All documentation must be valid within the last 12 months.

If you require an Essential Carer / Companion ticket, our team will be in contact via email once you have submitted this form.

We will retain the documentation only to confirm the booking and it will then be disposed of in line with Data Protection Regulations.
