We aim to make the Ulster Hall and all of its facilities fully accessible and are continuously making improvements to ensure that all of our customers’ needs are met.
The following guide is for disabled people and gives an overview of the facilities available at the Ulster Hall. The guide is also available in alternative formats, for example Braille, large print or on audio tape.

There is an infra red system in the Grand Hall.
There is a loop system in the Group Space bar area and at the Box Office counter.
Hearing dogs are welcome.
An entrance to the right of the building (through a glazed porch) allows level access into the building. The doors into the porch are automatic.
There is a central lift connecting the two floors of the Ulster Hall. The lift has lowered control positions and speech indication and is equipped with Braille signage. The lift can accommodate one wheelchair user and companion.
There is one accessible toilet on the ground floor and one on the balcony.
There is also public access to disabled changing facilities on request.
There are dedicated wheelchair accessible spaces in the venue. Booking is essential so let us know your requirements in advance.
